Our owner, Joel, started out in local radio in the late 1980’s, both as an on-air personality and engineer. In the 1990’s, he opened a retail computer sales and service business, providing hardware sales along with service, repair, consulting, networking and custom programming. During that time, he even operated a dial-up internet service provider and an internet-based streaming radio station for a while.
Fast Forward to the early 2000’s, when he got involved with and then worked full-time for a local screen printing business. That was the beginning of a passion for printing that would last through to the present day for almost 25 years. During that time, he worked for a DTG (Direct-To-Garment) printing company, and then started Teescape, a Print-On-Demand fulfillment company.
Teescape has provided printing and shipping of T-shirts and other apparel for hundreds of online stores, and also provides merch for bands, artists, and even blogs and TV Shows. Our little shop in Carroll, Iowa expanded to a 30,000 square foot facility. Our central location within the United States provides excellent shipping times to a majority of the country.
